Check Sheet for Graduate Student Applications
Please make sure to complete all of the items below. If you have any questions, contact the CEAE graduate secretary at (785) 864-3826 or rsolwa@ku.edu.
- Contact the CEAE Graduate Advisor, Professor Bruce McEnroe, at (785) 864-2925 or mcenroe@ku.edu to discuss your interests and the options and opportunities available to you at the University of Kansas.
- Complete the Graduate School Application online or paper form.
- Pay the Graduate School application fee online or mail the check to:

Lawrence, KS 66045 - Send one official transcript from each academic institution you have attended to:

Lawrence, KS 66045 - Submit GRE scores (unless waived by the CEAE Graduate Advisor) to the KU Graduate Application Processing Center.
- Three letters of recommendation are required. The professionals will be contacted via email to submit the online form and letter.
- Send your personal statement of purpose (required) and resume (not required but helpful) to the CEAE graduate secretary at the address above, or you can upload them on CollegeNet with your application.
- If you received your bachelor's degree from a non-English speaking country, you must submit TOEFL or IELTS scores to the KU Graduate Application Processing Center. Learn more about the English proficiency requirements.
